Timing is everything. With every outrage from the Resident and his cronies, there is ALWAYS something to distract us. Every freaking time. Since it's widely reported that this Foley crap was known months ago, I can't help but think that it was just being held for the "right moment".
We've seen from past incidents, they have no problem throwing one of their own under the bus to cover their asses.
