He failed.
bush will now replace the Iraqi government with one inclined to give away 85-87% of Iraqi oil profits for the next 30 years.
It will most likely be composed of groups aligned with Saudi Arabia.
R.I.P. freely elected government in Iraq. It was nice as long as the purple ink lasted.

At least gas prices are down right now. I was beginning to think that this war for oil was a waste of time.
