Just to tell you once again, who's B.A.D. ?

We're joining our friends skippy, maru, Steve and Jon Swift, (along with a cast of thousands!) in Blogroll Amnesty Day!

Jon Swift has posted his modest proposal of why blogrolling is a win win.

Besides, what good is Crashing The Gate if you just pull the ladder up after you? And when Atrios was being sued to discover his blogging identity a lot of bloggers proclaimed "I am Atrios", in the same way folks said "I am Spartacus." And Duncan wasn't shy about linking to smaller blogs then.

Tho the consequences are less, the sentiment is the same: "We must all hang together, or assuredly we shall all hang separately." And we're appalled that Duncan and Markos have forgotten that blogtopia (y, wksctp!) is a mutually supporting community, not a self-serving one.

That's one of the reasons we host the Out of Iraq Blogroll, (look to your right, no your other right, a little lower ... ahhh, that's the spot!)

It was started by our pal Edger, who we met in comments on TalkLeft. We also met our co-blogger Bill Arnett there.

So in the spirit of B.A.D. we present just a few of the blogs you might miss if we didn't believe in blogroll amnesty:
I Miss Fafblog, Spot!
WTF Is It Now?!?
Independent Bloggers' Alliance
Only In America (NSFW)
Blue Girl, Red State

Thank you good night! And don't forget to tip your cows and try the waitresses.
