NOW they are charging 100.00 to see if your card is valid.
And it is returned in about a week.
So this is becomming very common....I know others it has happened to as well. And if you are juggling, like I do and this is taken out without you knowing - it causes your automatic payments to bounce.
And it's all perfectly "legal".

Wait 'til gas hits 8-12 a gallon after bush bombs Iran. Then they will probably double that.
I'm pretty sure you have the right to ask about this in advance, buy $2 gas with cask, and drive down the road to a different station. The loss of such business MIGHT make a difference, but in this economy ya ALMOST can't blame 'em.
I guess the above applies with CASH as well as a CASK. I guess.
