Hmm, let's see: Do I believe British propaganda or the Iraqi general who interviewed the local fishermen, who absolutely know where the territorial limits are?
GPS data and photographs can be forged or altered, eyewitness accounts of local fishermen would seem more reliable.
I vote to believe the fishermen.
