A minor correction

The word "allows" is incorrect. It should be "Any system that produces old men that rot in the streets..." and "any system that produces any of this behavior is evil."
See, capitalism produces poverty. It produces as much poverty as it does wealth. Using the word "allows" was done out of habit.
Sorry for the confusion.
