posted by The Vidiot @ 5:51 PM Permalink That sees to be the internet meme of the day.Now, I'm not sure it would work. Only because with enough warning, like a slowly ramping-up internet meme, they could dump their short positions in time to curb their losses.
But now the Chinese are saying silver is a mighty fine investment.
And when you take into consideration that the G20 meeting is not going well and might be descending into a currency war, that China has downgraded US debt and that, of late, China has been MSM's go-to bogeyman, maybe this silver thing is the first big salvo across the bow.
Just speculation on my part but hey, it makes sense.

Let's hope they don't talk to or even find out about the Hunt brothers of Texas, who also sought to corner the market in silver back in the Seventies or Eighties, I think, and lost their collective asses.
