approached me wearing this, not only would a laugh my ass off, I'd have to kick his ass just because I had to.
I have 2 friends with "man wraps" which they wear fairly regularly. Also, on the UT campus there is an unofficial "no pants day" which different people interpret differently. Some people see it as an excuse to wear their p.j.'s, some simply wander about in their underwear, some wear shorts, and many wear skirts and "man wraps."
Last year a guy I had met on a few occasions happened upon me on "no pants day" and asked me on a date, while wearing a 1980's, primary striped, button down dress, complete with shoulder pads and HUGE gold buttons.
I actually don't mind the manwraps either. For the beach or around the house. But actually wearing a skirt out in public? No way.
I'm a little tired of the androgeny thing in our society. I'm having a hard time finding casual skirts anymore. Apparently, they're making them for men though.

It was difficult to keep a straight face.

I made a deal a long time ago with a long time ago girlfriend that I try to keep to this day; I won't wear skirts or thongs ... and she will;-)
Very wise.
