Plenty of times

I've said that using corn ethanol as a fuel source is a bad idea because it causes energy to to directly compete with food. Well, there's a whole 'nuther level I hadn't considered.
Excerpt: Mexican farmers are setting ablaze fields of blue agave, the cactus-like plant used to make the fiery spirit tequila, and resowing the land with corn as soaring U.S. ethanol demand pushes up prices.
Now THAT'S depressing.
