What the war machine has wrought.

Behold:
Cluster bombs, which nearly 100 countries are seeking to ban, should not be considered bad as long as states involved in conflicts use them responsibly, a senior United States official said on Wednesday.
So, I guess the same can be said about torture; if used responsibly, then it's OK.

They make them look light brightly colored toys so the children will take them into crowds and play with them, unwittingly becoming a suicide bomber. There are now hundreds of thousands of children with arms and legs blown off playing with "the pretty toys). And probably a million or more of these hideous devices laying around former hot-spots of war.

It's a war crime to use them in populated areas, but you know our war criminal in charge doesn't care.
