The paragon of morality, John McCain of the Keating Five, calls upon…

…Senator Ted Stevens of Alaska to resign from the Senate after being convicted on seven felony counts of lying to investigators looking into crony contractors giving Stevens very expansive, and expensive, gifts.

How virtuous of him. And pious, too. He's certain to get at least one more vote from his Evangelical religious base.

Boy, what a brain fart! I thought this was about McCain's age! But now i hear that Stevens is gonna retire and tke his $122,000.0 annual pension and run.
