After a whole month with Teen Vidiot

I now fully grok Homer Simpson.

I know I was awful at that age, we all were. Now I understand what a miracle it is that any of our parents let us survive.

Don't get me wrong; I'm enjoying some aspects of having the kid around. But sometimes...I just wanna...!

Of course, I feel the same sort of emotions whenever any politician opens their mouth.

Is this your way of saying that politicians are people (still a theory) who never grew up?

Remember, that wine-barrel salesman's address is still an option.

Never give up! Never surrender! Never fail to love unconditionally! Never forget the old Japanese proverb that if you wish to plan for a season, plant a garden; to plan for the future, educate a child!

"All you need is love!" Some of the truest words ever written and ones by which I have lived my life with wife and son.

Cry, rail to the sky, go into a closet and scream to the universe how unfair it all is until you can finally open that door with a smile on your face and know with certainty that, "This, too, shall pass."

Come to think of it, I think my parents DID kill me at birth–have to get back to you on that one.
